Question – what does a business means to you?
Just like every other topics, the perception and definition of business varies among individuals.
IMHO, there are 2 groups of people doing business.
First group are those who starts their business and get right to action all the time (the do-ers), they are the one who gets the business, deliver and collect the payments (all-in-one).
Later, they may grow and focuses on delivery or sales or just pure actively managing the business. Or just comfortable at that level and continue what they do all the time until their retirement.
The second group are those who starts the business, build the business as like growing a plant. By bringing systems in, hiring the right people into the team and focus on increasing the profits.
Later, they may have a profitable company, may keep it or sell it privately or bringing it to IPO for selling the company to the public.
If you are in business, which group do you fall into?
