And most of the time, the sentence, I don’t have time for this has becoming a common excuse. Most of us are also trying to find a solution on how to make time for things we would love to do such as holidays and travelling.
As a result, technological gadgets and tools such as PDA, time management software such as calendars and alike has emerge and fill up the demand for time management and organizer functions.
Okay, enough for the intro as your time is precious. Let’s check out TaskTaker, it’s a task checklist + online collaboration + mailing list + reminder.
Something special about TaskTaker is that it can be your personal assistant (PA) to follow up on tasks assigned and send reminders to you and your contacts.
TaskTaker will follow up with email reminders every alternate days if there is no answer from the recipient and it sends a carbon copy of every email sent out to the recipient, so you are aware of what’s going on.
TaskTaker is FREE. They will introduce a paid version but still, will keep it free forever. Currently it is in beta version and its quite usable at this stage.
